Youth-led civil society organizations, social enterprises, and initiatives across Zambia play a central role in driving social impact, advancing national values, and supporting community development. However, executive leaders in this space frequently encounter operational hurdles—such as limited institutional funding, high staff turnover, informal governance structures, and siloed work environments. The 2026 Founders & Directors Synergy addresses these challenges directly by moving away from traditional theoretical workshops to focus on practical peer-to-peer knowledge exchange, institutional sustainability, and cross-sector partnership.
